Kona Islander Inn, Unit #250

This studio condo was a dream come true for my wife and I when we purchased it in February 2003 from Linda and Grant Baseman. We feel that it is the nicest studio in the Kona Islander complex.

Even though small and simple, it has all that is needed for a comfortable stay of whatever length.

My wife and I are lucky to have a friend, Sherill Passos who lives in Kona, take care of our condo upkeep. We give her the praise for our unit #250 being such a special one.

The location of the Kona Islander Inn at the South end of Kailua-Kona is within easy walking distance of all shops, restaurants, farmers' markets, etc...

We are happy to inform that DSL high speed internet is available in our condo.

The studio is best suited for a couple or a single guest (other situations can be discussed).

After hearing all that this condo has going for it, the cost of the rental is the most amazing thing:

     December 15th thru April 15th:
          The Daily Rate is $77.00 + Tax
          The Monthly Rate is $1,680.00 + Tax

     April 16th thru December 14th:
          The Daily Rate is $67.00 + Tax
          The Monthly Rate is $1,400.00 + Tax

     Taxes are as follow:
          Excise Tax = 4%
          T.A.T. = 7%

          So, Total Taxes = 11%

*Monthly rate based on a 28 day month.

*Stays for less that 7 days will be priced at the $77.00 rate + tax per day, along with a flat $75.00 cleaning fee.

*A deposit of $100.00 will be due once you have confirmation of the dates that you will be staying.

*Please have the full payment ready and mailed two weeks prior to your vacationing time.
